Persied Meteor Shower 2008

The official shower started a couple nights ago with about 1 meteorite expected every hour slowly building up over the next few weeks. By the begining August reaching about 5 per hour increasing to about 12 per hour on the 10th and the figure quoted for the 12/13th August 50 to 80 per hour declining to about 10 per hour by the 15th.
Hoping the weather plays ball.
